1. Mix the crushed biscuits with melted butter and press firmly into a springform pan. Chill for 20 minutes.

3. Pour the filling over the chilled crust and refrigerate for 4 hours until set.
4. Prepare the berry topping by gently heating the berry juice with the sweetener. Stir in the gelatin, add the mixed berries, allow to cool slightly, then pour over the cheesecake.
