🛒 Ingredients
* 500 g (1 lb) cooked shrimp, chopped
* 225 g (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella
* ½ cup grated Parmesan
* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
* 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning (or seafood seasoning)
* 1 package puff pastry or pie crust
* 1 egg, beaten
* 1 tbsp melted butter
* Salt & black pepper to taste
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
2. Mix the shrimp, cream cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, garlic, parsley, seasoning, salt, and pepper until creamy.
3. Roll out the pastry and cut into equal-sized circles.
4. Spoon the filling into the center of each circle, fold into a half-moon shape, and seal the edges with a fork.
5. Brush with beaten egg and melted butter.
6. Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until beautifully golden and flaky.
