Steak & Veggie Power Plate with Eggs & Plantain 🍳🍌


This powerhouse meal is loaded with juicy steak strips, perfectly boiled eggs, creamy avocado, colorful steamed veggies, and sweet roasted plantain. Paired with a refreshing glass of juice, it's the ultimate high-protein, nutrient-packed plate to fuel your day!

For the Steak

1 lb sirloin steak, sliced into strips

1 tbsp olive oil

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp paprika

½ tsp onion powder

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Vegetables

2 cups broccoli florets

2 cups cauliflower florets

½ cup diced carrots

½ cup green peas

Salt and black pepper, to taste

For the Plate

2 hard-boiled eggs, halved

1 ripe avocado, sliced

1 ripe plantain, halved lengthwise

1 tsp olive oil

Optional Fresh Juice

2 oranges, juiced

1 carrot

½ mango

Cook the Steak

Season steak strips with garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.

Sear steak strips for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy.

Remove and rest for a few minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables

Steam broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, and peas for 5–6 minutes until tender-crisp.

Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Cook the Plantain

Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil.

Cook plantain halves for 3–4 minutes per side until golden and caramelized.

Prepare the Eggs

Place eggs in boiling water for 10 minutes.

Transfer to ice water, peel, and slice in half.

Assemble the Plate

Arrange steak strips on one side of a black plate.

Add avocado slices beside the steak.

Place boiled egg halves in the center.

Add steamed vegetables and roasted plantain.

Serve with a glass of fresh juice for a complete balanced meal.
