🛒 Ingredients


* 1 whole cauliflower, leaves removed

* 3 tbsp melted vegan butter (or regular butter)

* 3 garlic cloves, minced

* 1 tsp paprika

* 1 tsp Italian seasoning

* ½ tsp garlic powder

* Salt & black pepper, to taste

* ¼ cup vegan Parmesan, grated

* 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

2️⃣ Mix the melted butter, garlic, paprika, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

5️⃣ Sprinkle with vegan Parmesan during the last 10 minutes of roasting.
