Ingredients

For the Beef and Pasta

* 1 lb (450 g) ground beef

* 12 oz (340 g) medium pasta shells

* 1 small onion, finely chopped

* 3 cloves garlic, minced

* 2 cups beef broth

* 1 tablespoon olive oil

* Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Creamy Sauce

* 1 cup heavy cream

* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

* 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

* 1/2 teaspoon paprika

* 1 tablespoon tomato paste

* 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

1. Brown the Beef

Heat the olive oil in a large Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Stir in the onion and garlic, cooking until softened and fragrant.

2. Add the Pasta

Pour in the beef broth and bring to a gentle boil. Add the uncooked pasta shells and stir well. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for 10–12 minutes, or until the pasta is tender.

3. Prepare the Creamy Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, paprika, tomato paste, and garlic powder until well combined.

4. Combine Everything

Pour the creamy mixture over the cooked beef and pasta. Stir continuously until the cheese melts and the sauce becomes smooth and velvety.

5. Serve

Remove from heat and let rest for 2–3 minutes. Serve hot, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh parsley if desired.

Tips for the Best Results

* Use freshly shredded cheese for a smoother sauce.

* Add mushrooms or spinach for extra nutrition.

* For a spicy kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes.

* If the sauce becomes too thick, stir in a splash of warm broth.
