🛒 Ingredients
* 1 cup cottage cheese
* 2 large eggs
* ¼ cup maple syrup or honey
* 1 tsp vanilla extract
* ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* ½ cup oat flour
* 1 tsp baking powder
* 1 cup dark chocolate chips (plus extra for topping)
* Pinch of salt
👨🍳 Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 175°C (350°F) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan.
2. Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, maple syrup, and vanilla until smooth.
3. Stir in the cocoa powder, oat flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold in the chocolate chips.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared pan, sprinkle with extra chocolate chips, and bake for 25–30 minutes.
