6 HOMEMADE PROTEIN SANDWICH RECIPES

GRILLED CHICKEN AVOCADO SANDWICH


Ingredients:


2 slices toasted bread

1 grilled chicken breast, sliced

1/2 avocado, sliced

1 slice cheese

Lettuce

Tomato slices

2 tbsp creamy garlic sauce

Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions:


Season the chicken with salt and black pepper, then grill until fully cooked and juicy. Toast the bread until golden. Spread creamy garlic sauce on the bread, then add lettuce, tomato, grilled chicken, cheese, and avocado slices. Close the sandwich and serve warm with chips or pickles.


ROAST BEEF AND CHEESE SANDWICH


Ingredients:


2 slices toasted bread

150 g roast beef slices

1 slice melted cheese

Lettuce

Tomato slices

1/4 cup caramelized onions

2 tbsp creamy mustard sauce


Instructions:


Toast the bread until golden. Warm the roast beef slightly and melt the cheese over it. Spread creamy mustard sauce on the bread, then layer lettuce, tomato, roast beef, melted cheese, and caramelized onions. Close the sandwich and serve immediately.

Ingredients:


2 slices whole grain bread or 1 toasted bun

120 g sliced turkey

1 fried egg or scrambled egg

1 slice cheese

Fresh spinach

Tomato slices

1 tbsp mayo or light creamy sauce


Instructions:


Toast the bread or bun. Cook the egg to your liking. Spread mayo or sauce on the bread, then add spinach, tomato, turkey, egg, and cheese. Close the sandwich and warm it for 1 to 2 minutes until the cheese melts.


TUNA MELT PROTEIN SANDWICH


Ingredients:


2 slices bread

1 can tuna, drained

1 boiled egg, chopped

1 slice cheese

Butter, for toasting


Instructions:

Optional: fries on the side
