๐ 1️⃣ Honey Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup honey
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 1 tbsp minced garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
1. Mix honey, soy sauce, and garlic.
2. Heat oil in pan, cook salmon 3–4 min per side.
3. Pour sauce and simmer until glazed.

Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 3 tbsp melted butter
• 2 tbsp lemon juice
• Lemon slices
• Salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
2. Place salmon on tray, brush with butter and lemon.
3. Add slices, season, bake 12–15 min.

Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup soy sauce
• 2 tbsp honey
• 2 tbsp mirin or water
• 1 tbsp garlic
Instructions
1. Mix sauce ingredients.
2. Cook salmon in pan.
3. Add sauce and cook until thick.
๐ 4️⃣ Butter Garlic Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup butter
• 4 garlic cloves (minced)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Melt butter, sautรฉ garlic.
2. Add salmon and cook until flaky.
3. Finish with lemon juice.
๐ 5️⃣ Grilled Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• Garlic, salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Brush salmon with oil and seasoning.
2. Grill 4–5 min each side.
3. Drizzle lemon before serving.
๐ 6️⃣ Pesto Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/2 cup pesto
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• Salt & pepper
Instructions
1. Spread pesto on salmon.
2. Bake at 190°C for 12–15 min.
3. Add lemon before serving.
๐ 7️⃣ Cajun Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp Cajun seasoning
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
1. Rub salmon with oil and spices.
2. Pan-sear until cooked through.
๐ 8️⃣ Salmon with Creamy Dill Sauce
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup sour cream
• 1/4 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp chopped dill
• Lemon juice
Instructions
1. Cook salmon in pan or oven.
2. Mix sauce ingredients.
3. Serve sauce over salmon.
๐ 9️⃣ Maple Glazed Salmon
Ingredients
• 4 salmon fillets
• 1/4 cup maple syrup
• 2 tbsp soy sauce
• 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
1. Mix glaze.
2. Brush over salmon.
3. Bake 12–15 min until caramelized.
