This elegant no-bake layered dessert combines a silky vanilla cream base with a smooth chocolate ganache topping. It’s easy to make, requires simple ingredients, and is perfect for family gatherings or special occasions.

Vanilla Cream Layer

* ๐Ÿฅฃ 1 cup heavy cream

* ๐Ÿฌ ½ cup sugar

* ๐Ÿฅ„ 3 tbsp cornstarch

* ๐Ÿฎ 1 tsp vanilla extract

Chocolate Topping


* ๐Ÿซ 200 g dark or milk chocolate

* ๐Ÿฅ› ½ cup heavy cream

* ๐Ÿงˆ 1 tbsp butter (optional, for extra shine)

1. In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, sugar, and cornstarch until smooth.

2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens.

3. Remove from the heat and stir in the butter, vanilla, and heavy cream.

4. Pour the cream mixture into a serving dish and refrigerate for 1 hour until set.

5. Heat the heavy cream until warm (do not boil), then pour it over the chopped chocolate. Let stand for 2 minutes and stir until smooth.

6. Spread the chocolate ganache evenly over the chilled vanilla layer.

7. Refrigerate for 2–3 hours, or until completely firm.

8. Slice and serve chilled.
