GRILLED CHICKEN MANGO AVOCADO SALAD
Ingredients:
2 grilled chicken breasts, sliced
1 ripe mango, diced
1 avocado, sliced
4 cups mixed greens
1 cucumber, sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp honey
Salt and black pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro or parsley
Instructions:
Season and grill the chicken until fully cooked and juicy. In a large bowl, add mixed greens, mango, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, and red onion. Top with sliced grilled chicken. Mix olive oil, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper, then drizzle over the salad. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve.

Ingredients:

2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lime juice
