This protein-packed steak bowl is loaded with juicy steak bites, creamy avocado, boiled eggs, sweet corn, fresh lettuce, tomatoes, and sautéed peppers and onions. A healthy, filling meal that's bursting with flavor and color!
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
For the Steak Bites
1 lb sirloin steak, cut into cubes
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp salt
For the Bowl
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1 avocado, sliced
2 hard-boiled eggs, halved
1 ear corn, cut into chunks and boiled
1 cup cherry tomatoes
2 medium tomatoes, sliced
½ green bell pepper, sliced
½ onion, sliced
Dressing
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste

Cook the Steak
Season steak cubes with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over high heat.
Sear steak for 2–3 minutes per side until browned and juicy.
Remove from heat and let rest.
Sauté the Vegetables
In the same skillet, cook sliced onions and green peppers for 3–4 minutes until tender.
Set aside.
Assemble the Bowl
Add lettuce to the bottom of a large bowl.
Arrange sliced tomatoes, cherry tomatoes, avocado, boiled eggs, and corn around the bowl.
Top the center with steak bites.
Add the sautéed onions and peppers.
Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice dressing.
Sprinkle with paprika and serve immediately.
