KFC Coleslaw Copycat! 🥬✨


This famous KFC-style coleslaw is creamy, refreshing, and perfectly crunchy. It’s the ideal side dish for fried chicken, burgers, sandwiches, or any barbecue meal. Easy to make, full of flavor, and ready with simple everyday ingredients!

🛒 Ingredients


* 4 cups finely chopped cabbage

* 1 large carrot, shredded

* 1 tablespoon minced onion (about 10g)

* 2 tablespoons sugar (24g)

* ¼ cup vegan mayonnaise (58g)

* 4 tablespoons vegan sour cream (56g)

* ¾ tablespoon fresh lemon juice (11ml)

* ¾ tablespoon apple cider vinegar (11ml)

* Salt, to taste

* Black pepper, to taste


👨‍🍳 Instructions


1️⃣ In a large bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, shredded carrot, and minced onion.


2️⃣ In a separate bowl, whisk together the vegan mayonnaise and vegan sour cream until smooth.


3️⃣ Add the sugar, lemon juice, and apple cider vinegar, then mix well.


4️⃣ Season with salt and black pepper to taste.


5️⃣ Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture and toss until everything is evenly coated.


6️⃣ Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to develop.


7️⃣ Serve chilled and enjoy!
