* 500g oyster mushrooms

3️⃣ In another bowl, mix the flour with the remaining seasonings.


4️⃣ Dip the mushrooms into the milk mixture, then coat them in the seasoned flour. Repeat for an extra crispy coating.


5️⃣ Heat the oil over medium-high heat.


6️⃣ Fry the mushroom pieces until golden brown and crispy on all sides.


7️⃣ Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to remove excess oil.
