* 2 garlic cloves, minced
* 1 small red chili, finely chopped
* 2 tbsp olive oil
* 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
* Pinch of red pepper flakes

* 900 g Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and cubed
* 4 tbsp butter
* ½ cup warm milk
* ¼ cup sour cream
* 3 slices crispy bacon, crumbled
* 2 tbsp chopped parsley

* 1 bunch fresh asparagus
* 1 tbsp olive oil
* 2 garlic cloves, minced

1️⃣ Prepare the Mashed Potatoes
Boil the potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender. Drain, then mash with butter, warm milk, sour cream, salt, and pepper. Fold in the crispy bacon and chopped parsley.
2️⃣ Cook the Garlic Asparagus
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sauté the asparagus for 4–5 minutes, then add the garlic and cook for another minute. Season to taste.
3️⃣ Make the Chimichurri
Combine parsley, red onion, garlic, chili, olive oil, vinegar, chili flakes, salt, and pepper. Let it rest for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
4️⃣ Sear the Steak
