* Servings: 6

Ingredients

For the Filling

* 500 g (1 lb) cooked and shredded chicken breast

* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

* 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

* 1/2 cup cream cheese

* 1/4 cup chopped green onions

* 1 teaspoon garlic powder

* 1 teaspoon paprika

* Salt and black pepper to taste

For the Tacos

* 10–12 small flour tortillas

* 2 tablespoons melted butter or olive oil

* Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Instructions

1. Prepare the Filling

In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, and cheddar cheese. Add the chopped green onions, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.

2. Fill the Tortillas

Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla. Fold them in half to create a taco shape.

3. Arrange the Tacos

Place the filled tortillas in a lightly greased baking dish. Brush the tops with melted butter or olive oil to help them turn golden and crispy during baking.

4. Bake

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the tacos for 20–25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the tops are golden brown.

5. Serve

Remove from the oven and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot with garlic sauce, sour cream, salsa, or your favorite dipping sauce.

Tips for the Best Results

* Substitute the chicken with ground beef, turkey, or even pulled pork for a different flavor.

* Add sweet corn, diced bell peppers, or jalapeños for extra texture and taste.

* For extra crispiness, broil the tacos for 2–3 minutes at the end of the baking time.
