* Salt to taste

* Tandoori roti or naan bread

* Red onion slices

* Lemon wedges

* Fresh chopped cilantro

Step 1: Marinate the Chicken


1. In a large bowl, combine yogurt, lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chili powder, paprika, turmeric, cumin, coriander, garam masala, salt, and oil.

2. Add the chicken pieces and coat thoroughly.

3. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight for maximum flavor.



Step 2: Prepare the Mint Sauce


1. Add yogurt, mint, cilantro, green chili, garlic, lemon juice, and salt to a blender.

2. Arrange the chicken tikka on top.

4. Add sliced onions and lemon wedges.
