Ingredients:
π 1 lb chicken breast or thighs, cut into bite-size pieces
π 2 cups cooked white rice
π₯¦ 1 cup broccoli
π₯ 1 carrot, sliced
π§ 3 garlic cloves, minced
π― 3 tablespoons honey
π₯’ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
π’️ 1 tablespoon oil
π₯ 1 teaspoon cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoons water

Instructions:
Season the chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Add garlic, honey and soy sauce. Stir well and let the sauce bubble. Add the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce becomes glossy and thick. Serve with white rice, broccoli and carrots. Top with sesame seeds and green onions π

Ingredients:
π₯© 1 lb beef strips
π₯¦ 2 cups broccoli florets
π 2 cups cooked white rice
π§ 3 garlic cloves, minced
π₯’ 1/4 cup soy sauce
π― 1 tablespoon brown sugar or honey
π₯ 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed with 3 tablespoons water
π’️ 1 tablespoon oil
πΏ Green onions
⚪ Sesame seeds
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and cook the beef strips until browned. Add garlic and broccoli. Cook for a few minutes until the broccoli is tender but still bright green. Add soy sauce and brown sugar. Stir in the cornstarch mixture and cook until the sauce thickens. Serve hot over white rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds π₯
π£π TERIYAKI SALMON BOWL
Ingredients:
π 2 salmon fillets
π 2 cups cooked rice
π₯ 1/2 cucumber, sliced
π₯ 1 carrot, shredded
π₯ 1 avocado, sliced
π₯’ 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
π’️ 1 tablespoon oil
⚪ Sesame seeds
πΏ Green onions
Instructions:
Season the salmon with a little salt and pepper. Heat oil in a pan and cook the salmon until golden and flaky. Brush with teriyaki sauce and let it glaze for 1 to 2 minutes. Add rice to a bowl, then top with salmon, cucumber, carrot and avocado. Finish with sesame seeds, green onions and extra teriyaki sauce π

Ingredients:
π€ 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
π 3 cups cooked rice
π₯ 2 eggs, beaten
π₯ 1/2 cup carrots, diced
π’ 1/2 cup peas
π½ 1/2 cup corn
πΏ 3 green onions, chopped
π₯’ 2 tablespoons soy sauce
π’️ 1 tablespoon oil
π§ Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pan. Cook the shrimp until pink and set aside. In the same pan, scramble the eggs. Add carrots, peas, corn and cooked rice. Stir well. Add soy sauce, salt and pepper. Return the shrimp to the pan and mix everything together. Finish with green onions and serve hot π€π₯

π 1 lb pork, cut into small pieces
π« 1 bell pepper, sliced
π§ 1 onion, sliced

πΆ️ 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
π₯’ 2 tablespoons soy sauce
π§ 2 garlic cloves, minced
π’️ 1 tablespoon oil
π Cooked rice or noodles
πΏ Green onions
Instructions:
Heat oil in a pan and cook the pork until golden and tender. Add garlic, bell pepper, onion, carrot and snap peas. Cook for a few minutes until the vegetables are slightly tender. Add sweet chili sauce and soy sauce. Stir until the pork and vegetables are coated in a glossy sauce. Serve with rice or noodles and top with green onions π

Ingredients:

π₯¬ 2 cups cabbage, sliced

π₯’ 3 tablespoons soy sauce
π― 1 tablespoon honey or brown sugar
π’️ 1 tablespoon oil
πΏ Green onions
⚪ Sesame seeds
Instructions:
Heat oil in a large pan and cook the chicken until golden and fully cooked. Add garlic, cabbage and carrots. Cook for a few minutes until slightly tender. Add the cooked noodles, soy sauce and honey. Toss everything together until the noodles are glossy and coated in sauce. Top with green onions and sesame seeds ππ₯
