1. Chicken Avocado Sandwich


Ingredients


* 2 slices whole-grain bread

* 120 g grilled chicken breast, sliced

* ½ avocado, mashed

* 2 tomato slices

* Lettuce leaves

* Salt and pepper


Method


1. Toast bread if desired.

Ingredients

Method

Method
