1. CLASSIC BEEF LASAGNA π π§
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups marinara sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
Add the marinara sauce to the beef and let it simmer for a few minutes.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, egg, parmesan cheese, and a little fresh parsley.
In a baking dish, spread a little meat sauce on the bottom. Add a layer of noodles, ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese, and more meat sauce.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes, or until hot, bubbly, and golden.
Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
2. CHICKEN ALFREDO LASAGNA ππ€π§
Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
2 cups Alfredo sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Alfredo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread a little Alfredo sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
Repeat the layers until the baking dish is full.
Top with extra mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes, or until creamy, bubbly, and golden on top.
Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
3. HAM AND CHEESE LASAGNA π₯π§
Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups diced or sliced ham
2 cups white sauce or bΓ©chamel sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Black pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Spread a little white sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of noodles, ham, white sauce, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, and parmesan cheese.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Top with plenty of mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes, or until the cheese is melted, bubbly, and golden.
Let it cool slightly before cutting into slices.
4. SPINACH AND RICOTTA LASAGNA πΏπ§
Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups ricotta cheese
2 cups chopped spinach
2 cups marinara sauce or white sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 egg
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix ricotta cheese, spinach, egg, parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
Spread a little sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of noodles, spinach ricotta mixture, mozzarella cheese, and more sauce.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes, or until hot, creamy, bubbly, and golden.
Let it rest before serving.
5. CHICKEN AND BACON LASAGNA ππ₯π§
Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1 cup cooked crispy bacon, chopped
2 cups creamy white sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with creamy white sauce, garlic powder, and half of the crispy bacon.
Spread a little sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of noodles, chicken mixture, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and bacon.
Repeat the layers until the dish is full.
Top with mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese, and extra crispy bacon.
Bake at 375°F for 30–35 minutes, or until melted, bubbly, and golden.
Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
6. SHRIMP LASAGNA π€π§π§
Ingredients:
12 lasagna noodles
1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 cups creamy garlic sauce or Alfredo sauce
1 cup ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions:
Cook the lasagna noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a skillet, melt the butter and cook the garlic for a few seconds.
Add the shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and cook until the shrimp turn pink.
Mix the cooked shrimp with the creamy garlic sauce.
Spread a little sauce in the bottom of a baking dish.
Add a layer of noodles, shrimp mixture, ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used.
Top with mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Bake at 375°F for 25–30 minutes, or until creamy, bubbly, and golden.
