๐Ÿ” Loaded Cheese Burger


Ingredients (Makes 4 Burgers)


Beef Patties


* 800 g ground beef (20% fat)

* 8 slices cheddar cheese

* Salt and black pepper


Buns


* 4 brioche buns

* 2 tbsp butter


Cheese Sauce


* 30 g butter

* 30 g flour

* 250 ml whole milk

* 200 g grated cheddar cheese

* 1 tsp mustard

* A pinch of paprika


Toppings


* Tomato slices

* Lettuce

* Pickles

* Caramelized onions

* Smoked beef slices or beef bacon (optional)

* Fried onion rings



Preparation


1. Make the Cheese Sauce


1. Melt the butter in a saucepan.

2. Add the flour and stir for 1 minute.

3. Gradually add the milk while whisking until smooth.

4. Stir in the cheddar cheese, mustard, and paprika.

5. Cook until thick, creamy, and smooth.


2. Prepare the Burgers


1. Divide the beef into 8 balls (about 100 g each).

2. Heat a griddle or cast-iron pan until very hot.

3. Smash each beef ball into a thin patty.

4. Season with salt and pepper.

5. Once a golden crust forms, flip and place a slice of cheddar on top.

6. Stack two patties together to create a double cheeseburger.


3. Assemble


1. Toast the brioche buns with butter.

2. Spread cheese sauce on the bottom bun.

3. Add lettuce and tomato slices.

4. Place the double cheeseburger on top.

5. Pour extra warm cheese sauce over the burger.

6. Add fried onions, beef bacon, and pickles.

7. Close the bun and serve with seasoned fries.

Dough


* 500 g strong bread flour

* 325 ml warm water

* 7 g instant yeast

* 10 g salt

* 15 ml olive oil


Toppings


* 250 g mozzarella cheese

* 150 g cheddar cheese

* Marinated chicken strips or halal pepperoni

* Mixed bell peppers

* Red onion

* Mushrooms


Pizza Sauce


* 300 g crushed tomatoes

* 2 garlic cloves, minced

* 1 tsp oregano

* Salt and black pepper



Preparation


1. Make the Dough


1. Mix all ingredients and knead for 10 minutes.

2. Let the dough rise for 1 to 1½ hours.


2. Create the Stuffed Crust


1. Roll the dough into a large circle.

2. Place mozzarella sticks or strips around the edge.

3. Fold the dough over the cheese and seal tightly.


3. Add Toppings & Bake


1. Spread the pizza sauce evenly.

2. Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese.

3. Distribute the chicken/meat and vegetables.

4. Bake at 250°C (480°F) for 10–12 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.

5. Brush the crust with garlic butter immediately after baking.

* Drizzle hot cheddar cheese sauce over both the burger and pizza just before serving.

* Use shiny, buttered brioche buns for a premium appearance.
