1. CHEESY GRILLED CHICKEN ππ§
Ingredients:
π 2 chicken breasts
π§ 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
π§ Salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika
πΏ Chopped parsley
π« 1 tbsp olive oil
π₯ Roasted potatoes or vegetables for serving
Instructions:
Season the chicken with salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Cook in a skillet or grill until golden and juicy. Add mozzarella on top, cover until melted, and finish with parsley. Serve with roasted potatoes or vegetables.
2. BEEF AND CHEESE SKILLET π₯©π§
Ingredients:
π₯© 1 lb ground beef or beef strips
π§ 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
π§ 1/2 onion, sliced
π« 1 bell pepper, sliced
π§ Salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder
πΏ Fresh parsley
Instructions:
Cook the beef in a hot skillet with onion, peppers and seasonings. Once the beef is browned and flavorful, add cheese on top and let it melt. Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
3. SHRIMP WITH CREAMY CHEESE SAUCE π€π§
Ingredients:
π€ 1 lb shrimp, peeled and cleaned
π§ 2 garlic cloves, minced
π§ 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
π₯ 1 cup heavy cream
π§ Salt, pepper and paprika
πΏ Parsley
π Rice or pasta for serving
Instructions:
Season the shrimp and cook until pink and juicy. Remove from the pan. Add garlic, cream and parmesan, then stir until creamy. Return the shrimp to the sauce and cook for 1 more minute. Serve with rice or pasta.
4. CHICKEN BACON CHEESE PASTA ππ§
Ingredients:
π 2 cups cooked chicken, chopped
π₯ 4 slices bacon, crispy and chopped
π 3 cups cooked pasta
π§ 1 cup shredded mozzarella or parmesan
π₯ 1 cup heavy cream
π§ 2 garlic cloves
π§ Salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
Instructions:
Cook garlic in a pan, then add cream, cheese and seasonings. Stir until creamy. Add pasta, chicken and bacon. Mix everything well until coated in the sauce. Serve warm with extra cheese on top.
5. STUFFED SALMON WITH CHEESE ππ§
Ingredients:
π 2 salmon fillets
π§ 1/2 cup cream cheese
πΏ 1 cup spinach, chopped
π§ 1 garlic clove, minced
π§ Salt, pepper and paprika
π Lemon juice
π₯¦ Vegetables or mashed potatoes for serving
Instructions:
Mix cream cheese, spinach, garlic, salt and pepper. Cut a pocket into each salmon fillet and stuff with the cheese mixture. Season the outside and bake at 375°F for 15–18 minutes, or until flaky. Serve with vegetables or mashed potatoes.
6. EGG AND CHEESE BREAKFAST PLATE π³π§
Ingredients:
π₯ 4 eggs
π§ 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
π₯ Turkey, ham or sausage
π§ Salt and pepper
πΏ Chives or parsley
π§ 1 tsp butter
Instructions:
Whisk the eggs with salt and pepper. Cook in butter until soft and fluffy, then add cheese and let it melt. Serve with turkey, ham or sausage on the side. Finish with herbs.
