GRILLED CHICKEN AND CHEESE QUESADILLA 🍗🧀


 

Ingredients:

2 flour tortillas

1 cup grilled chicken, sliced or shredded

1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup bell peppers, sliced

1/4 cup onion, sliced

1 tbsp olive oil

1/2 tsp paprika

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Sour cream or salsa, for serving


Instructions:

Heat olive oil in a skillet and sauté the peppers and onions until soft. Add the grilled chicken, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Place one tortilla in a skillet, add cheese, chicken mixture, and more cheese on top. Cover with the second tortilla and cook until golden and crispy on both sides. Slice and serve with sour cream or salsa.


BEEF AND CHEESE QUESADILLA 🥩🧀


Ingredients:

2 flour tortillas

1 cup cooked ground beef or beef strips

1 cup shredded Mexican cheese blend

1/4 cup sautéed onions

1/4 cup bell peppers

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp taco seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

Salsa, for serving


Instructions:

Season the beef with garlic powder, taco seasoning, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned and flavorful. Place a tortilla in a hot skillet, add cheese, beef, onions, peppers, and more cheese. Top with another tortilla and cook until crispy and melted inside. Cut into triangles and serve with salsa.


SHRIMP QUESADILLA 🍤🧀


Ingredients:

2 flour tortillas

1 cup cooked shrimp

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 cup bell peppers, diced

1 tbsp butter

1 garlic clove, minced

1 tbsp creamy sauce or sour cream

Lime wedges, for serving

Cilantro, optional


Instructions:

Sauté shrimp in butter with garlic, bell peppers, salt, and pepper for 2 to 3 minutes. Place one tortilla in a skillet, add cheese, shrimp mixture, a little creamy sauce, and more cheese. Cover with another tortilla and cook until golden and crispy. Slice and serve with lime wedges and cilantro.

1 cup sliced or shredded turkey

1 cup shredded cheese

1/4 cup diced tomatoes

1/4 cup spinach or bell peppers

1 tbsp olive oil

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Guacamole or sour cream, for serving


Instructions:

Warm the turkey with tomatoes, spinach or peppers, salt, and pepper. Add a tortilla to a skillet, then layer cheese, turkey filling, and more cheese. Top with the second tortilla and cook until the outside is golden and the cheese is melted. Slice and serve with guacamole or sour cream.

Ingredients:

1 cup cooked chicken, chopped

1/3 cup crispy bacon, chopped

1 cup shredded cheese

2 tbsp ranch dressing

Black pepper, to taste
