* 60 g softened butter

* ½ cup brown sugar

* 2 tbsp ground cinnamon



For the Vanilla Glaze


* 1 cup powdered sugar

* 2–3 tbsp milk

* 1 tsp vanilla extract



👨‍🍳 Instructions


1️⃣ Prepare the Dough


In a large bowl, combine the flour, yeast, sugar, cinnamon, and salt.


Add the warm milk, melted butter, and egg.


Knead for 8–10 minutes until a smooth and elastic dough forms.


Cover and let rise for 1 hour, or until doubled in size.



2️⃣ Make the Filling


Mix the brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.


Roll the dough into a large rectangle on a lightly floured surface.


Spread the softened butter evenly over the dough, then sprinkle the cinnamon-sugar mixture on top.



3️⃣ Shape the Scrolls


Roll the dough tightly into a log.


Cut into 12 equal slices.


Arrange them in a lined baking dish, leaving a little space between each scroll.


Allow them to rest for another 20 minutes.



4️⃣ Bake


Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).


Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown and beautifully puffed.



5️⃣ Prepare the Vanilla Glaze


Whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth.


Drizzle generously over the warm scrolls.
