Instructions:

Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes.


Mix the flour and cornstarch in a bowl. Coat the chicken well, pressing the flour mixture onto each fillet so it gets extra crispy.


Fry in hot oil until golden brown, crunchy and fully cooked through.


Toast the buns, spread mayonnaise on both sides, then add lettuce, tomato, pickles and crispy fried chicken.
