1. CLASSIC CRISPY FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH ππ₯ͺ
Ingredients:
π 2 chicken breast fillets
π₯ 1 cup buttermilk
πΆ️ 1 tsp paprika
π§ 1 tsp garlic powder
π§ 1 tsp onion powder
π§ Salt and black pepper to taste
πΎ 1 cup all-purpose flour
π½ 1/2 cup cornstarch
π³ Oil for frying
π 2 toasted brioche buns
π₯¬ Lettuce
π Tomato slices
π₯ Pickles
π€ Mayonnaise
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper for at least 30 minutes.
Mix the flour and cornstarch in a bowl. Coat the chicken well, pressing the flour mixture onto each fillet so it gets extra crispy.
Fry in hot oil until golden brown, crunchy and fully cooked through.
Toast the buns, spread mayonnaise on both sides, then add lettuce, tomato, pickles and crispy fried chicken.
Serve warm and enjoy!
2. SPICY CHEESE FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH πΆ️π§π
Ingredients:
π 2 chicken fillets
π₯ 1 cup buttermilk
πΆ️ 1 tsp cayenne pepper
πΆ️ 1 tsp paprika
π§ 1 tsp garlic powder
π§ Salt and black pepper to taste
πΎ 1 cup all-purpose flour
π½ 1/2 cup cornstarch
π³ Oil for frying
π 2 toasted brioche buns
π§ 2 slices cheddar cheese
π₯¬ Shredded lettuce
π₯ Pickles
π₯ Spicy mayo or hot sauce
Instructions:
Marinate the chicken in buttermilk, cayenne pepper, paprika, garlic powder, salt and black pepper.
Mix the flour and cornstarch together, then coat the chicken until fully covered.
Fry until crispy, golden and juicy inside.
Place cheddar cheese on the hot chicken so it melts slightly.
Build the sandwich with spicy mayo, shredded lettuce, pickles, melted cheese and crispy fried chicken.
Serve immediately while hot and saucy.
3. HONEY BUTTER FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH π―π§π
Ingredients:
π 2 crispy fried chicken fillets
π 2 toasted buns or thick toasted bread
π₯ Pickles
π€ Mayonnaise or creamy sauce
Honey Butter Sauce:
π― 3 tbsp honey
π§ 2 tbsp butter
πΆ️ Pinch of paprika
π§ Pinch of salt
Instructions:
Fry the chicken until golden brown, crispy and fully cooked.
In a small pan, melt the butter with honey, paprika and a pinch of salt.
Brush or drizzle the honey butter sauce over the hot fried chicken.
Spread mayonnaise on the toasted bread, add pickles, then place the glazed fried chicken on top.
Close the sandwich and serve warm while the sauce is glossy and delicious.
4. BBQ FRIED CHICKEN SANDWICH ππ
Ingredients:
π 2 crispy fried chicken fillets
π 2 toasted brioche buns
π 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
π§ 2 slices cheddar cheese
π₯¬ Lettuce
π§ Red onion slices
π₯ Pickles
Instructions:
Fry the chicken until crunchy, golden and cooked through.
Warm the barbecue sauce, then drizzle it over the fried chicken or coat the chicken lightly.
Add cheddar cheese while the chicken is still hot so it melts.
Toast the buns and layer lettuce, pickles, fried chicken, melted cheese, barbecue sauce and red onion slices.
Serve with fries, chips or extra sauce on the side.
5. FRIED CHICKEN BACON RANCH SANDWICH π₯π
Ingredients:
π 2 crispy fried chicken fillets
π 2 toasted buns
π₯ 4 crispy bacon strips
π§ 2 slices cheese
π₯¬ Lettuce
π Tomato slices
π€ Ranch dressing
π₯ Pickles
Instructions:
Prepare the fried chicken until crispy on the outside and juicy inside.
Cook the bacon until golden and crunchy.
Toast the buns and spread ranch dressing on both sides.
Add lettuce, tomato, pickles, fried chicken, cheese, crispy bacon and extra ranch on top.

π₯ 1/2 cup Buffalo sauce
π§ 1 tbsp melted butter
π₯¬ Lettuce
π Tomato slices
π€ Ranch or blue cheese dressing
π₯ Pickles
Instructions:
Fry the chicken until golden, crispy and fully cooked.
Mix Buffalo sauce with melted butter.
Toss the hot fried chicken in the Buffalo sauce until fully coated.
Toast the buns and add lettuce, tomato, pickles, Buffalo chicken and ranch or blue cheese dressing.
Serve with celery sticks, fries or extra sauce on the side.
